For collar size, measure around your neck, keeping two fingers between the measuring tape and your neck.
To measure sleeve length, first measure the distance from where your spine meets the base of your neck to your shoulder seam. Then, with your elbows slightly bent, measure from your shoulder seam to your wrist. Add together, they equal your sleeve length in inches. Shirts are sized slightly larger to allow for shrinkage after several washings.
