Return Policy
SIMPLE RETURNS & EXCHANGES Items may be returned within 90 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
After 90 days, a pro-rated refund will be issued for any item returned in original condition based on the item and its age. Please contact us at 1-800-247-8162 and we will be happy to provide you with the amount available for refund.
Begin at our “Start a Return” page, adding all requested information. Upon completion, you will be provided with a return shipping label and packing slip. Pack the items in a bag or box along with the packing slip. Place the shipping label on the outside of the package and drop it off with the carrier noted on the label (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).
Depending on your location, it may take up to two weeks for us to receive your return package. We will send periodic updates to the email address you provided. Once delivered to our return center, returns are normally processed within 2 business days.
For refunds, it may take an additional 3-5 business days after processing before it appears on your bank statement. Refunds which were returned with our label will have $9.99 deducted from your total, unless return protection was purchased for the order.
You can avoid the label fee by opting for store credit, which allows you to apply the full value of returned items to a future purchase.
Exchanges
There are no return shipping fees for exchanges. Once your returned items are processed, your replacement order will ship in 2-4 business days with no additional shipping charge.
If you have an exchange that is time sensitive, we recommend contacting us to discuss our "Paid Exchange" program.
International Returns
Return labels are available in the US and Canada. For all other countries complete the return form, which is located at the bottom of the packing slip included with your order. Note which items are being returned, and mark if you prefer a refund, store credit, or exchange. For an exchange, note the new items requested in exchange. Enclose the packing slip with the items and return with the carrier of your choice to:

Please keep a copy of the return tracking number. We will ask for that tracking number if you contact us for an update. Return shipping is not refundable.
Additional Policies
· Shoes can only be returned in original, unworn condition. An insert is included with every shoe order providing quick tips to test the fit of your new shoes.
· Monogrammed shirts cannot be returned or exchanged. Monogram fees are not refundable.
· Pants (or other items) that have been altered cannot be returned or exchanged. Alteration fees are non-refundable.
· Engraved cufflinks are not eligible for return.
· We do not refund original shipping costs.
· All refunds are returned to the original method of payment only.
