Fit Guide Hero Image

We’ve been making great dress shirts for over 30 years, so we’ve learned a few things about a great look and fit. Let’s discover the difference in our fits. Our three unique cuts are designed to fit men of different shapes and sizes. Here’s a primer on how our shirts are designed to fit.

Classic Fit

The traditional cut. It has enough fabric to allow for comfortable movement throughout the torso and sleeves for a generous fit. The Classic Fit is preferred among those who love a relaxed, traditional fit.

Tailored Fit

The hybrid cut. By trimming fabric in the torso and the sleeves, we’ve created a slimmer silhouette that doesn’t compromise on ease of movement. It’s a nice look for guys of all shapes and sizes and a favorite because it hits the sweet spot between Classic and Slim.

How To Measure For Your Dress Shirt

Now that you know about the different cuts, learn how to measure for your exact size so you can discover what fit is right for you. The only tool you need is measuring tape.

Finding Collar Size

Place the tape where the top of the collar would sit and measure around your neck. Be sure to keep two fingers between the tape and your neck to allow for breathing room.

Finding Sleeve Size

Measure from the back of your neck to the end of your shoulder. With your elbows slightly bent, measure from your shoulder to the wrist bone. Adding the two numbers together, you can find your sleeve length.

Finding Chest Size
