"I have purchased many silk ties from Paul Fredrick - most all have been very nice quality. However, this heart tie falls short. Arrived wrinkled - tie was shipped folded up in a small bubble envelope. I requested a replacement, but the tie still looks somewhat wrinkled. The material quality is cheaper - not the same as prior purchases."
