Great Pants, but Alteration Was Missed

"I’m very happy with the pants overall. They look great, fit well, and the quality is excellent. My only complaint is regarding the alteration option offered on the website. When I placed my order, I selected an alteration to have the pants shortened to a 27-inch inseam. However, when I checked out, I noticed that the alteration charge was not included in the final price. When the pants arrived, the alteration had not been done. I’m not sure if there was an issue with the website or the ordering process, but since the alteration option was available and I selected it, I expected it to be included with my order. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with the pants and their quality."
