"It arrived with a crease in the front of the jacket. I am hoping I can get the crease out without having to have it professionally done. For the price of this jacket, on sale or not (a very expensive jacket either way) it should have been shipped in a better package than what it came in, and shipped via a carrier that takes better care of their packages when transporting them."
