ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor (identified below) and any other organizations affiliate with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies, and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) or household members, whether or not they are eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean spouses, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-sibilings and their respective spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: This Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 PM EST on 5/8/2023 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on 5/22/23.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period there are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes.
There is no cost to register or purchase required to enter. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means or practices or by any means which subvert the entry process will be null and void. Proof of depositing entry in mail is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete and duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entries will not be accepted from post office boxes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on 5/22/2023 to be eligible whether submitted via online survey or mail. Sponsor reserves the right, in it’s sole discretion to (i) verify any element of any entry, related materials or entrant’s eligibility; and (ii) to request additional information. By entering this Sweepstakes you agree to provide any documentation or information deemed necessary by, and in a form acceptable, to Sponsor to satisfy the above requirement if asked by Sponsor to do so.
LIMIT: There is a limit of one entry per person.
WINNER SELECTION/DRAWING: On or about June 1, 2023 Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries combined from all Websites and mail in entries received throughout the Sweepstakes period to select one (1) potential winner. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified via email and/or telephone and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and may be asked to provide IRS forms W-9 or 1099 MISC within 10 (ten) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing among all remaining eligible entries. If such documents are not returned within the specified amount of time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner, or potential winner declines acceptance of the prize for any reason or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, any prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZE: There will be one prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. The prize is one $500 Amazon e-gift card which will be emailed to the winner. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $500. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
PRIVACY: Entrants provide personal information to Sponsor. Sponsor collects this information and uses it to (a) administer this Sweepstakes and (b) for market research and for other marketing purposes. Sponsor may share this information with third parties who need access to this information to perform services on Sponsor’s behalf. Your email address will not be sold or rented to third parties. CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of the Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage due or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, a winner will be selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination.
RELEASES: By participating in this Sweepstakes, winner and entrants agree to release discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors and employees, representatives and agents from any and all actions, claims, or liability, due to any injury, loss or damage, (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind arising in any manner, in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use or misuse of prize. By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the prize, entrants hereby consent (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the winner and/or entrants’ photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, address, contents of the entry form and name without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes.
DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in federal or state courts located in Pennsylvania; entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Pennsylvania for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Pennsylvania, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Pennsylvania. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable U.S federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside the US, in Puerto Rico and wherever else prohibited.
