PF Style Club FAQs
The PF Style Club is our U.S. loyalty program where you earn points every time you shop, unlock perks, and access exclusive rewards. You earn more as you move through our VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
No, you use the same Paul Fredrick account for both shopping and loyalty. However, you must opt in to the loyalty program to start earning points.
If you already have a Paul Fredrick account: Click the Account icon → Click the Sign In link → Enter your email and password to sign in → You are now enrolled.
If you’re new to Paul Fredrick: Click the Account icon → Create an account → Sign in to your account → You are now enrolled.

No, the PF Style Club is available to U.S. customers only.
Your tier status is assessed annually based on your spending. Once you qualify for a tier, you retain it for the remainder of the current calendar year and the entire following year. You need to maintain the required spending threshold annually to retain your tier. If you do not maintain required spend levels, you will be reassessed into a lower tier proportional to your spending.
For example, once achieved, a tier is retained for the current and following calendar year:

- Stay as Platinum thru: 12/31/2026
Log in and visit your PF Style Club dashboard to track your points, tier status, and rewards.
You can earn points through purchases, following us on social media, celebrating your birthday and more. Taxes, shipping, and gift card purchases are excluded from points accrual.
You earn between 1 and 5 points for every $1 you spend, depending on your tier: Bronze earns 1x, Silver 3x, Gold 4x, and Platinum earns 5x points.
Once you have at least 1,000 points, you can redeem them for PF Style Club Rewards in $10 increments (up to $40 per transaction).
Yes, points expire 6 months after your last activity. Activity is defined as making a purchase or referring another customer.
If you reach Gold or Platinum tier, you’ll get a one-time coupon by email for free monogramming and/or free alteration. Use the code at checkout on an eligible order. Reward coupons expire at the end of the calendar year they’re issued. Each year that you remain in a reward-eligible tier, you will receive an additional coupon for each reward usable in that calendar year.
Yes, Platinum members get free ground shipping on orders $50+ within the contiguous U.S., automatically applied at checkout when logged into your account.
Points are awarded only for the portion of your purchase paid with a standard payment method (such as a credit card or PayPal). If you use a gift card, you will not earn points on the amount covered by the gift card.
Purchases made entirely with gift cards do not qualify for earning points.
Points earned from refunded purchases will be deducted from your account. If you used points to pay for part of an order and later return the order, those points will be refunded to your account.
No, only one account per person. Points and rewards are non-transferable.
