Catalog Orders
If you are shopping from your Paul Fredrick catalog, our catalog ordering section allows you to add up to 5 catalog item numbers to your shopping bag at one time. This section is located on the lower left navigation bar of every page.

Order Confirmation
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address indicated with your shipping address and at the bottom of the final order verification page. If your order is a gift and you would not like to receive this email confirmation, simply delete the email address from this field.

You will also be e-mailed with your order status. If you notice an error with your order you may e-mail customer service at custserv@paulfredrick.com or click here.

Follow the steps below to place your order online.
1. To purchase an item on our website, you need to be on the product detail page. This page displays all available size and color options. To get to the product detail page, click on the small thumbnail image of the product or click on the text below the image.

2. Select the size and color you would like to purchase (if applicable) from the drop-down menus and then click Add to shopping bag button located on the lower right side of the product image. This will add the item to your shopping bag.

3. Continue this process until you are ready to checkout. To go to your shopping bag, you may click on the shopping bag image located above the top navigation bar on every page.

4. Verify the contents of your shopping bag and make modifications as needed. The page will automatically refresh to save any quantity changes that you make.

5. When you have completed selecting your merchandise please sign in or choose guest checkout to continue. Follow the steps to fill out your address and payment information.

6. Click the "Submit Order " button on the bottom of the confirm order page. Your order will not be submitted unless you click this button. All orders are secure.

Your order requires one day for processing. Paul Fredrick will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. Most orders will ship within two business days of processing. Your order may be delayed, if you have purchased custom dress shirts, chosen to monogram your dress shirts, or if you have chosen to have your trousers altered.
