Question:
The advertised promotion is not being applied to my order. How can I take advantage of the special offer/discount?
Answer:
A code is needed for many of the offers we advertise. This code should be applied automatically when you click through your email (if that is how you learned about the offer) or posted with the offer. If you are using a print catalog, please enter the source code that is listed in the pink box on the back cover of your catalog. Please enter this code in the Promotion Code box in the shopping bag and click “Apply”. If the offer or discount is still not appearing, you may write a comment in the comments section on the last page of the checkout indicating the problem and the promotion code. If the offer is valid, and you are eligible for the offer, the promotion will be applied to your order when the order is processed. If this should occur, the confirmation email will not reflect the current total. This will be changed when we receive your order. Question:
How do I return/exchange a product?
Answer:
Simply complete the reverse side of your shipping invoice. Follow the return shipping instructions listed at the top of this return form and enclose the form with the item(s) being returned/exchanged. If you prefer, you may call our customer service department at 1-800-247-8162 for personal assistance in this matter.
 
Question:
Can I return/exchange an item that was monogrammed?
Answer:
Yes. You can exchange a shirt that has been monogrammed – we will include the same monogram on the new shirt unless you indicate otherwise. If you decide to return a monogrammed shirt for a refund, the cost of the shirt will be refunded but not the original monogramming fee.
 
Sizing
Question:
What is the difference between the regular fit and trim fit?
Answer:
Our regular fit shirts are generously full cut and our trim fit generally drops the regular fit down by 5 inches in the chest measurements and 6 inches in the waist - this is not to be considered an "athletic" cut shirt but is a "trimmer" fit from the full cut regular fit shirts.
 
Question:
How do I order the correct belt size?
Answer:
When ordering a belt, we suggest that you add 2" to your waist measurements. If you fall in an un-even length - you should order the next even length size. Example: if you are a 33" waist, add 2' = 35" you would then order 36" length.
 
Question:
What size dress shirt should I order?
Answer:
We recommend ordering your normal shirt size. We allow over-sizing by 1/2" to 3/4" for fabric shrinkage. Sleeve lengths are ordered by full inches - if you are in-between sizes; we recommend ordering the next full inch size.
 
Question:
What size sport shirt should I order?
Answer:
Our sport shirt sizes are as follows:
small = 14.5 x 33
medium = 15-15.5x34
large = 16-16.5x35
x-large = 17-17.5x36
xxl = 18-18.5x36.5
3XL = 19-19.5 x 37
4XL = 20-20.5 x 37.5
LT = 16-16.5 x 36.5
XLT = 17-17.5 x 37.5
XXLT = 18-18.5 x 38

Question:
Are your shirts 100% cotton?
Answer:
Our basic collection is 100% cotton. Seasonal additions also include styles in cotton blends, linens, and various techno fabrics.
 
Question:
What is a self-cuff?
Answer:
A "self-French" or "self-button" cuff means the cuff material is the same color/pattern as the body of the shirt. A contrasting cuff is a solid white cuff on a different color/ pattern shirt body - this usually will be done in a French cuff style.
 
Neckties
Question:
How long are your ties?
Answer:
Our ties are 57 1/2" long and measure at the widest point 3 1/4"to 3 3/8". We also offer neckties with 5 additional inches to the length for our taller customers.
 
Question:
Are your ties made of silk?
Answer:
Yes, we carry ties in different types of silks (from the lightest weight to the heaviest weight). Jacquard: woven background with print on top of fabric. Twill: thinly ribbed fabric. Saglione Twill: thick ribbed fabric Woven: pattern actually woven into fabric "not" printed on fabric.
 
Question:
What type of tie knot is used in your catalog / how can I get my ties to knot like the ties in your catalog?
Answer:
We use a four-in-hand knot in our catalog displays and on our models.
 
Monogramming & Alterations
Question:
What monogramming service do you offer?
Answer:
Shirts are monogrammed on your choice of the left cuff or front pocket in 1/4" letters in navy, burgundy or white. Other monogram colors also available. Three font styles are available - block, diamond and script. Enter your first, middle and last initials (in that order) in the appropriate field on the website. Add $10.95 per item monogrammed and allow 1-2 extra days for delivery.
 
Question:
Do you offer an alteration service for unfinished trousers?
Answer:
We will be pleased to cuff or plain hem your trousers. Our hem is available in lengths of 25 - 35 inches. Our 1 1/2 inch cuff is offered in finished lengths of 25 - 34 inches. Add $12.00 per item and allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

How do I change my email address with your company?
Answer:
